Focus on process engineering, improvement machine performance from senior technical level
New project internal communication and lead mechanical spare parts stock management.

•    Focus on electircal work of engineering/maintenance in the plant as electrical responsible personnel, to solve the failure with technicians when happened
•    Electrical leader for current equipment improvement and new investment projects
•    Unscheduled down time analysis/report and carry out action plan, ensure the downtime rate within the limit target set by department
•    Regular update the PM manual to enusre the stability of all the equipment
•    Join the Lean Program and CI projects in production line to enhance the stability/efficiency
•    Site technical guide and skills training of electrical failures for technicians
•    Join the multi-skill program and improve the maintenace skills according to plan  
•    Spare parts storage forecast and build up
•    Other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager, and report the process & result in time
